I earned my Complete Personal Training Diploma with Nutrition for Weight Management, Sports and Exercise whilst working towards a degree in Creative Writing and Media.
Now I get to help people of all genders build an incredible physique, a wealth of confidence in and out of the gym, and a badass relationship with themselves, food, and training.
My aim is to help you achieve long-lasting results by understanding the science behind nutrition and training with accessible strategies and habits that you can build into your current lifestyle and maintain in the long term, not only for the time we’ll be working together.
I don’t offer “six-week transformation challenges” that don’t last. I offer true change for life.
When I’m not busy doing that, I train as an aspiring bodybuilder and write about training and nutrition here.
