I earned my Complete Personal Training Diploma with Nutrition for Weight Management, Sports and Exercise as I was working towards a degree in Creative Writing and Media.
Now I get to help people of all genders build a badass relationship with themselves, food, and training. A nice side effect is that they also sculpt an awesome physique.
When I’m not busy doing that, I train as an aspiring bodybuilder and write about fitness and nutrition here.
Having had an eating disorder and an obsessive relationship with exercise, I understand the struggle to make sense of all the food and exercise BS out there on your journey towards mental and physical health.
