I offer face-to-face sessions suitable for all levels in Liverpool, UK, or virtually via video call software.
NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE
You’ll get:
- A personalised nutrition program to help you lose fat, gain muscle, and get healthier, which may include one or more of the following tools, depending on what is most appropriate for your current psychological and physical state, and for your relationship with food and exercise:
- Calorie and macronutrient recommendations
- Flexible meal plans or meal suggestions
- Other nutrition management tools, e.g. portion-based food diaries without calories or macros
- Regular program updates based on your subjective feedback and objective weight, photo, and measurement progress
- Regular face-to-face sessions with me to educate you and prevent or overcome plateaus
- Optional blood work analysis to suggest appropriate lifestyle changes, supplements, and referral to the right medical practitioner if needed
- Safe and effective evidence-based supplementation strategies
TRAINING
You’ll get:
- Regular face-to-face sessions with me
- A personalised training program for your home or local gym, based on your current fitness status, needs, and goals
- Video demonstrations and written guidelines for each exercise included in any sessions completed in your own time
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY
- You’ll receive a response within 72 hours. If your application is successful, I’ll book you in for a complimentary video consultation, which will last around 30 minutes.
- During the consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, exercise and health history, and current lifestyle, so that I can help you choose the coaching package that will most benefit your situation.
- If we decide we make a good team, we’ll schedule our first session then and there!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ME
This is what I believe in:
- SCIENCE-BASED, HABIT-BASED COACHING. I use scientific principles to create your training and nutrition plan, and I help you build long-term habits you can maintain for life, even if you have to stop working with me.
- INDIVIDUALISATION. I don’t just hand out a generic workout and nutrition plan. A thorough initial consultation will form the foundations for the personalised training program and nutrition recommendations you’re going to receive.
- TRAINING AND NUTRITION SYNERGY. If you are under-feeding yourself, you won’t gain muscle. If you are over-feeding yourself, you won’t lose fat. If your diet quality is low, your energy and mood will be, too. I intend to help you build sustainable exercise and nutrition habits that will support any of your goals.
WHAT I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOU
- You’re at least 16 years old.
- You don’t take anabolic steroids. I don’t judge, but I don’t have any expertise in this area.
- You don’t want a quick fix.
- If you don’t meet these requirements, then we won’t be a good fit, but I will be happy to refer you to another coach who might be.
PRICING
- Training + Nutrition and lifestyle: From 240 GBP per month
- Training only: From 160 GBP per month
- Nutrition and lifestyle only: From 129 GBP per month
The pricing shown here assumes at least four training and/or nutrition and lifestyle sessions per month, or four of each if you choose the training + nutrition and lifestyle combo package.
Your individual fee will be based on the number of training sessions and/or nutrition and lifestyle sessions you can commit to per month. I’m more than happy to book more than four sessions per month, so we can discuss the best number of sessions for you during the consultation.

Ultimately, you get as much out of coaching as you are willing and able to put in.
