I can train you in person in Brighton, UK, or in your own home via remote Skype or Zoom sessions. The sessions will be adapted to suit your fitness level and equipment available.

- I don’t just hand out a generic workout plan. Through a thorough initial consultation, I will gain an insight into your current lifestyle, what you wish to achieve, and how we can get there.
- I strongly believe that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. If you are under-feeding yourself, you won’t gain muscle. If you are over-feeding yourself, you won’t lose fat. If your diet quality is low, your energy and mood will be, too. I intend to help you build sustainable nutritional habits that will support any of your goals.
- I make fitness fit you, not the other way around. You will train as often and as hard as you wish and your circumstances allow. I won’t prescribe a five-day workout program if what works best for you is a three-day one!
