NUTRITION COACHING
You’ll get:
- A personalised nutrition program with calorie and macronutrient recommendations to help you lose fat, gain muscle, and get healthier
- Regular program updates based on your subjective feedback and objective weight, photo, and measurement progress
- Regular progress reviews with me (“check-ins”) to hold you accountable, help you overcome obstacles, and prevent plateaus
TRAINING COACHING
You’ll get:
- An individualised training program for your home or local gym
- Personalised workouts based on your training and physique goals, equipment availability, schedule, and injury history
- Video demonstrations and written guidelines for each exercise
- Regular feedback on your lifting technique and intensity of effort
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY
- You’ll receive a response within 72 hours. If your application is successful, I’ll book you in for a complimentary video consultation, which will last between 30 and 45 minutes.
- During the consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, exercise and health history, and current lifestyle, so that I can help you choose the coaching package that will most benefit your situation.
- If we decide we make a good team, I will set you up as a new client and prepare your training program and nutrition plan.
- At every check-in, you’ll receive targeted questions about your progress. Based on your responses, I’ll make appropriate revisions to the training program and/or nutrition plan to help you continue getting results; I’ll answer all your questions and help you brainstorm solutions to any problems; and give feedback on your exercise form.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ME
This is what I believe in:
- SCIENCE-BASED, HABIT-BASED COACHING. I use scientific methods to create your training and nutrition plan, and I help you build long-term habits you can maintain for life, even if you have to stop working with me.
- EDUCATION AND INDEPENDENCE. You will be given tools and plenty of support, but ultimately you are the only one who can do the work. If you need face-to-face support during your training sessions, online coaching might not be for you yet. Luckily, I offer a personal training service, based both online and locally, on this page, so I can teach you to train and effectively and safely before you become an online client.
- DETAILED FEEDBACK. I do not believe in one-word answers from either the client or the coach. I give my clients extensive feedback on how they can improve in order to continue making progress, and they provide me with detailed check-ins so I have a full picture of their situation and can help them as much as they deserve.
WHAT I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOU
- You’re at least 18 years old.
- You don’t take anabolic steroids. I don’t judge, but I don’t have any expertise in this area.
- You don’t want a quick fix.
If you don’t meet these requirements, then we won’t be a good fit, but I will be happy to refer you to another coach who might be.

So I will not write you a rigid meal plan (which is also outside of my scope of practice). Instead, I will help you create a structure for your nutrition that can help you achieve your goals while still enjoying good food.

WHAT KIND OF COMMITMENT DO YOU REQUIRE?
In general, I recommend you commit to coaching for at least three months, but you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time.

HOW MUCH IS IT?
Pricing is the same for every client, but there are different packages available depending on your needs and preferences.
I do not disclose pricing on my website for a simple reason: I would like you to choose me because I sound like the right person to help you, not because I am cheaper than somebody else.
You will be asked about your budget on the application form, which will give you an idea of my price ranges.
