NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE
You’ll get:
- A personalised nutrition program to help you lose fat, gain muscle, and get healthier, which may include one or more of the following tools, depending on what is most appropriate for your current psychological and physical state, and for your relationship with food and exercise:
- Calorie and macronutrient recommendations
- Flexible meal plans or meal suggestions
- Other nutrition management tools, e.g. portion-based food diaries without calories or macros
- Regular program updates based on your subjective feedback and objective weight, photo, and measurement progress
- Regular progress reviews with me (“check-ins”) to hold you accountable, help you overcome obstacles, and prevent or overcome plateaus
- Optional blood work analysis to suggest appropriate lifestyle changes, supplements, and referral to the right medical practitioner if needed
- Safe and effective evidence-based supplementation suggestions
TRAINING
You’ll get:
- An individualised training program for your home or local gym
- Personalised workouts based on your current fitness status, needs, and goals
- Video demonstrations and written guidelines for each exercise
- Regular feedback on your lifting technique and intensity of effort
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY
- You’ll receive a response within 72 hours. If your application is successful, I’ll book you in for a complimentary video consultation, which will last around 30 minutes.
- During the consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, exercise and health history, and current lifestyle, so that I can help you choose the coaching package that will most benefit your situation.
- If we decide we make a good team, I will set you up as a new client and prepare your starting training program and/or nutrition plan.
- At every check-in, you’ll receive targeted questions about your progress. Based on your responses, I’ll make appropriate revisions to the training program and/or nutrition plan to help you continue getting results; answer all your questions and help you brainstorm solutions to any problems; and give feedback on your exercise form.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ME
This is what I believe in:
- SCIENCE-BASED, HABIT-BASED COACHING. I use scientific principles to create your training and nutrition plan, and I help you build long-term habits you can maintain for life, even if you have to stop working with me.
- EDUCATION AND INDEPENDENCE. You get to decide when to work out and what to eat. You’ll receive the tools, encouragement, and education you need to make the best choices for your goals. If you need face-to-face support during your training sessions, online coaching might not be right for you yet. Luckily, I offer a personal training service on this page.
- DETAILED FEEDBACK. At every check-in, I’ll explain what you’re doing well and what to improve. In turn, clients provide me with detailed check-ins, so I have a full picture of their situation and can help them as much as they deserve.
WHAT I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOU
- You’re at least 18 years old.
- You don’t take performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) for bodybuilding purposes. I don’t judge, but I don’t have any expertise in this area. To be clear, I most definitely work with gender-diverse people who are on hormones (estrogen or testosterone) for the purpose of medically transitioning to their chosen gender.
- You don’t want a quick fix.
If you don’t meet these requirements, then we won’t be a good fit, but I will be happy to refer you to another coach who might be.

- Training + Nutrition and lifestyle: 199 GBP per month
- Nutrition and lifestyle only: 129 GBP per month
The pricing shown here assumes at least four check-ins per month (one per week).
I’m willing to consider less frequent check-in options at a reduced fee, so please feel free to apply if that’s of interest. In my experience, most people get the best results from weekly check-ins, but I can help you decide whether a reduced frequency would be suitable for you at the consultation stage.

I recommend committing to coaching for at least three months, but you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time.
