NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE

You’ll get:
  • A personalised nutrition program to help you lose fat, gain muscle, and get healthier, which may include one or more of the following tools, depending on what is most appropriate for your current psychological and physical state, and for your relationship with food and exercise:
    • ​Calorie and macronutrient recommendations
    • Flexible meal plans or meal suggestions
    • Other nutrition management tools, e.g. portion-based food diaries without calories or macros

  • Regular program updates based on your subjective feedback and objective weight, photo, and measurement progress

  • Regular progress reviews with me (“check-ins”) to hold you accountable, help you overcome obstacles, and prevent or overcome plateaus

’m willing to consider less frequent check-in options at a reduced fee, so please feel free to apply if that’s of interest. In my experience, most people get the best results from weekly check-ins, but I can help you decide whether a reduced frequency would be suitable for you at the consultation stage.

ONE-OFF CONSULTATIONS

I offer in-depth video consultations on a topic of your choice with the following pricing structure:

  • Up to 90 minutes: 149 GBP per call
  • Up to 45 minutes: 79 GBP per call

You’re more than welcome to book follow-up consultations after the first one in order to fill me in on your progress, discuss any tweaks to the plan, and ask questions.

As a rule of thumb, purchase a longer call if you wish to discuss multiple fitness components (training and nutrition together, such a deep dive into a potential bulking plan for the next three to six months) or a shorter call if you only want to discuss a single aspect (such as only training or only nutrition) or as a follow-up to a previous call.

Furthermore, if we’ve never worked together before, I highly recommend a longer call to start with, so that I can get to know you in enough detail to offer you the help you deserve.

If you’re not sure whether a longer or shorter call would be best for you, please fill out the application form, select “An audio/video consultation without regular coaching” when you get to the question “Which service are you interested in?”, then let me know in the application form that you’d like some help to choose your call duration.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY

  • You’ll receive a response within 72 hours. If your application is successful, I’ll book you in for a complimentary video consultation, which will last around 30 minutes.

  • During the consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, exercise and health history, and current lifestyle, so that I can help you choose the coaching package that will most benefit your situation.

  • If we decide we make a good team, I will set you up as a new client and prepare your starting training program and/or nutrition plan.

  • At every check-in, you’ll receive targeted questions about your progress. Based on your responses, I’ll make appropriate revisions to the training program and/or nutrition plan to help you continue getting results; answer all your questions and help you brainstorm solutions to any problems; and give feedback on your exercise form.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ME

This is what I believe in:
  • SCIENCE-BASED, HABIT-BASED COACHING. I use scientific principles to create your training and nutrition plan, and I help you build long-term habits you can maintain for life, even if you have to stop working with me.

  • EDUCATION AND INDEPENDENCE. You get to decide when to work out and what to eat. You’ll receive the tools, encouragement, and education you need to make the best choices for your goals. If you need face-to-face support during your training sessions, online coaching might not be right for you yet. Luckily, I offer a personal training service on this page.

  • DETAILED FEEDBACK. At every check-in, I’ll explain what you’re doing well and what to improve. In turn, clients provide me with detailed check-ins, so I have a full picture of their situation and can help them as much as they deserve.​

WHAT I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOU

  • You’re at least 18 years old.​
  • You don’t take performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) for bodybuilding purposes. I don’t judge, but I don’t have any expertise in this area. To be clear, I most definitely work with gender-diverse people who are on hormones (estrogen or testosterone) for the purpose of medically transitioning to their chosen gender. I also work with cisgender people who are on HRT for health-related reasons.
  • ​You don’t want a quick fix.
If you don’t meet these requirements, then we won’t be a good fit, but I will be happy to refer you to another coach who might be.

WHAT IS YOUR GENERAL NUTRITION PHILOSOPHY?
I aim to help you learn:

1) The fundamental principles of eating to support your health and performance

2) How to achieve your goals without restriction, eating foods you enjoy, building habits you can maintain for life

3) How to be flexible around holidays, social events, and when “life happens”

So I will not write you a rigid meal plan. Instead, I will help you create a structure for your nutrition that can help you achieve your goals while nurturing your relationship with food.​
WHAT IS YOUR GENERAL TRAINING PHILOSOPHY?
In designing my programs, I combine the principles of exercise science with my own and my clients’ experience to achieve your long-term physique, health, and/or performance goals.

The program will be suited to your current level and will be changed in a progressive fashion as needed in order to ensure continued progress and results.​
WHAT KIND OF COMMITMENT DO YOU REQUIRE?
​I recommend committing to coaching for at least three months, but you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time.

Ultimately, you get as much out of coaching as you are willing and able to put in.​​
