A CUSTOM PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF…
- I coached you for some time and now you’re ready to continue on your own.
- I haven’t coached you, but you feel confident that you have enough experience to make the most of a custom program. All you need is someone to write a good one for you.
If you’ve never had a coach or personal trainer and/or if you’ve never been consistent with a training program for more than a few weeks, I highly recommend investing into coaching or personal training first, so that you can learn the skills required to get the full benefits of a custom program, such as consistency, the appropriate exercise technique, and the right intensity of effort.
