Your lifestyle transformation starts with your mindset, so I created a free email series called No Quit Kit, from which you can learn how to retrain your mindset to make the most not only of TK, but of the rest of your life.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU JOIN THE WAITING LIST
- First you’ll complete an intake form to ensure you’re suitable for the program. I’ll use the information shared in the form to calculate your starting macros and calories, and select the best program for you to follow.
- You’ll then receive a contract and a payment link.
- The week before the beginning of the next intake, you’ll receive a Welcome Pack, including access to the Facebook group, your Progress Report to track calories and macros, and your training program

I HAVE A HOLIDAY WITHIN THE SIx-week period. CAN I STILL JOIN?
TK is about learning a flexible approach that you can tweak to apply to any change in your life, including but not limited to, holidays, weddings, birthdays, kids, pets, moving home, getting a new job, etc.

I WANT TO TRAIN AT HOME. what do i need?
The minimum requirement for home training is a pair of adjustable dumbbells or multiple pairs of dumbbells with different weights available. You’ll need to increase the weight as you get stronger!
In addition, an adjustable bench (or a table to lie on), a pull-up bar, and a set of resistance bands with different resistance would be ideal, but not required.

WHAT’S THE NUTRITION PLAN LIKE?
There isn’t a nutrition plan per se. You’ll be given personalised calories and macros, and guidance on how you can meet these targets while still enjoying food you like.
HOW OFTEN AND FOR HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO EXERCISe?
At a minimum, you’ll lift weights three days per week for 45-75 minutes at a time depending on the program. You’ll be asked how often you can lift on the intake form, so that I can send you a program that suits your schedule.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
To celebrate the launch, the price of the first intake is £99 for the full six weeks. This is only an introductory offer, so don’t miss it!
From the second round onwards, the price will be £110 for six weeks, then £74 per month if you want to stay on after six weeks. Since TK is about transforming your lifestyle for the long haul, you don’t have to say goodbye to me and the team after six if you think you have more to gain from the program!

I’M NEW TO LIFTING WEIGHTS. IS THIS FOR ME?
I have beginner gym and home programs with video demonstrations and written guidelines for each exercise, so yes!
Throughout the program, I’m also going to coach you on the basics of effective training (good technique, how hard to push, etc.), and will be available to answer any questions throughout.

I’M NEW TO NUTRITION COACHING. IS THIS FOR ME?
Absolutely! You don’t need any pre-requisite knowledge since I’ll coach you on the basics of nutrition (calories, macros, keeping a food log, creating balanced meals, etc.).
If you doing some prep can increase your confidence, I recommend the free No Quit Kit email series.
You can also start tracking your food on MyFitnessPal, but, again, this isn’t a requirement. TK includes a how-to guide on food tracking.
In other words, the learning process is included within the program if you need it, so you don’t have to already be a Nutrition Ninja to benefit from TK.
