Your lifestyle transformation starts with your mindset, so I created a free email series called No Quit Kit, from which you can learn how to retrain your mindset to make the most not only of TK, but of the rest of your life.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU JOIN THE WAITING LIST
- When I announce the next intake, you’ll be the first one to hear about it.
- If you decide to sign up for the next intake, first you’ll complete an intake form to ensure you’re suitable for the program. I’ll use the information shared in the form to calculate your starting macros and calories, and select the best program for you to follow.
- You’ll then receive a contract and a payment link.
- The week before the beginning of the next intake, you’ll receive a Welcome Pack, including access to the Facebook group, your Progress Report to track calories and macros, and your training program.
FAQs
I HAVE A HOLIDAY WITHIN THE SIx-week period. CAN I STILL JOIN?
TK is about learning a flexible approach that you can tweak to apply to any change in your life, including but not limited to, holidays, weddings, birthdays, kids, pets, moving home, getting a new job, etc.
So the answer is a resounding yes!

I WANT TO TRAIN AT HOME. what do i need?
The minimum requirement for home training is:
If you have adjustable dumbbells or multiple pairs of dumbbells of differing weights, from 5-10 kg to 15+ kg, that’s even better.
If you only have very light dumbbells (5 kg or less), the training program may not be as effective. You’ll need to increase the weight as you get stronger… and you’ll be surprised at how fast your strength will increase!
Bonus equipment: an adjustable bench (or a table to lie on), a pull-up bar, and a set of resistance bands with different resistance would be ideal, but not required.
- One lighter pair of dumbbells (5-10 kg per dumbbell)
- One heavier pair of dumbbells (15+ kg per dumbbell)

WHAT’S THE NUTRITION PLAN LIKE?
There isn’t a nutrition plan per se. You’ll be given personalised calories and macros, and guidance on how you can meet these targets while still enjoying food you like.
HOW OFTEN AND FOR HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO EXERCISe?
At a minimum, you’ll lift weights three days per week for 45-75 minutes at a time. The specific duration of each session depends on the program you’ll be assigned. You’ll be asked how often you can lift on the intake form, so that I can send you a program that suits your schedule.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
To program is £110 for the full six weeks.
I’M COMPLETELY NEW TO TRAINING AND NUTRITION. IS THIS FOR ME?
In theory, yes.
I have beginner gym and home programs with video demonstrations and written guidelines for each exercise. Throughout the program, I’m also going to coach you on the basics of effective training (good technique, how hard to push, etc.).
In addition, you don’t need any pre-requisite nutrition knowledge since I’ll coach you on the basics (calories, macros, keeping a food log, creating balanced meals, etc.). You can also start tracking your food on MyFitnessPal, but, again, this isn’t a requirement. TK includes a how-to guide on food tracking.
However, everyone is different, and I want to ensure you’ll get the most out of my services. So, if you’ve never tried a training and/or nutrition program before, send me an email before signing up, so that I can help you gauge whether TK is appropriate for you. If it isn’t, I’ll be happy to suggest an alternative arrangement, so that you can get the best results possible.
