You don’t have to ban the foods you enjoy, try and fail at fad after fad, or listen to BS nutritional “advice” from “health gurus” recommending expensive (and useless) detox juice.

Together, we will create an action plan to reach your long-term objectives and we will break it down into short-term targets to aim for on a week-to-week basis. You will have access to me directly via email or text message and will also get the opportunity to provide detailed feedback in your check-ins.

If you have a diagnosed health condition for which you need specialised dietary advice and targeted meal plans, you should get in touch with a certified nutritionist or state-registered dietician.
